FOR SOME REASON I CANT SEE MY PET ON AQW. HELP?

OK People I just bought a membership to aqw with ac and stuff. Most of the stuff works but when I put on a pet it sais it's equiped but I cant see anything. I tryed logging out and in switching servers and stuff but it wont work. So I need some advice on what to do or if someone can report the bug for or something that would be great. Oh and bye the way my aqw char name is JdogShawn but dnt try to hack it or something like that.
