Geeky to be in orchestra?

Ok, so i'm going to be a freshman, and i'm reeeaaalllly nervous. I've been playing violin since 5th grade, and my middle school orchestra is good. We were picked to perform at the pre-CMA awards, which was cool. I was 1st chair, and i'm really committed to it. Anyways, I was just wondering if it's geeky to be in orchestra? I'm not like one of those super mega band nerds who worship their conductor. But I mean in 8th grade, a lot of well-liked/popular kids were in band or orchestra. But idk about high school. and please no, "just be yourself and lalala." Highschoolers, is it geeky to be in orchestra?
