If you could hold the Earth?

If you had an exact scale replica of Earth, (clouds, water, and everything), that could fit into your hand... What do you think it would feel like? Like a wet little rock? Or would it be kind of mushy like a sphere of mud? Hot or cold? (Touching the Sahara for example would be hot, and touching Antarctica would feel like touching ice.) What do you think?
