So... how exactly is the fact that some people spend time in Antarctica evidence against evolution?

Are there many babies born there, and raised without technology, in conditions very different from other humans? Should we expect speciation to occur because of the thousands of generations of humans living in Antarctica, cut off from the rest of the world?
