Do you think i can call the cops on my ex best friend for stealing my Adventure Quest Worlds account?

Okay i know this may seem like a stupid Question but excuse me i am 14 and i do see how this is stupid but i want to see if it is Possible Here is the story "My ex best friend asked me if he could play on my Lvl 30 Dragonlord in AQW now my char is Non member cause it expired i may have put about 50 Buck's in him through out the time i have played him and i have been playing for 2 years now And after my friend asked to play he bought him mem but it was only 20 bucks so i thanked him for it and all and was greatful cause i have some pretty neat Items on him so i stoped playing him for about a week and then he told me he changed the password and forgot it so i went on my email and got a letter from artix entertainment and it said that there was an email change request and i accidentlly hit the confirm cause i was slapped in the back of the head by my asshole brother and now he dosent know the password and wont give it back I put more money than he did into him and it is my char i made him and i trusted this dude i really did and i know you will say well it is your fault for giving him your password and i really do understand but i did not think he would do this cause we have been friends since pre-school and now we are both in High-school so you can see why i let him know and then we got in a fight over a girl *Hehe ya you know how it is lol* and he wont give it back Thank you For answering
