Finding the name of an old weastern movie?

im trying to figure out a weastern movie i saw a longgggg time ago its like the quick and the dead but the main char is a guy i think and theres ghost people in the movie and at the end the main guy turns into a ghost himself i just can't figure it out for the life of me helpppppp
