Is their oil reserves under Antarctica and if so will Australia profit from it?

do alot of scientist's think there is, and if so who will profit from that oil? australia claims 42% of the continent does that mean if they do find oil under the surface and if australia owns that land will australia be the saudi arabia of the late 21st century/22nd century?
