WHAT IS THE TITLE OF THIS BOOK PLEASE>?

It was set in the year 2080 and it was about these kids where there were five selected to go to Antarctica and try and survive and they had cameras implanted in their eyes and they didn't know that until the end when the boy with frostbitten legs had his eye camera pop out and one kid snuck chocolate there and there was this guy named Steven who worked at the studio that produced the tv show and he would cut out the bits of the boy sneaking his chocolate and the director was this crazy lady and there was this maid named Maria and she was the first one to ever test out the eye camera or something?
