What seasonal jobs out there pay really well that would be considered unique?

So I've heard of some interesting unique seasonal jobs out there....Antarctica has several bases which employ people. Fish Cannery in Alaska. But what are some others? Both of those pay really well. I have some medical experience and I am an Licensed Practical Nurse, but I am willing to work outside my field(Fish cannery) as long as the pay is in it. Anyone have any ideas?
